Hi Ron,

I hope you are right re DSWLF buying opportunity--
I'd like to get some more below 20.

However, if you and Richard are correct, it seems that
the days of $20 should be over once the dividend is raised.
I can't imagine a payout of 7%.

j.

Am I missing something? 3 insiders file to sell
an insignificant amount of their holdings (maybe
they want to buy up some cheap real estate with
their US dollars), they announce 200,000 SF of
production capacity that will necessarily
be on-line in just six months, they have continued
to build cash and be hugely profitable in the
face of the crisis, there is nice dividend protection,
and the stock is just sitting there.

Ron, why'd you sell at 21? I'm holding on for fear
of missing the day or month someone big realizes what's
going on here. There is no opportunity like this in
the States. If I were only slightly less rational,
I'd be putting half my portfolio in the stock rather
than capping it at 12.5%.

Mike

When the Deswell Insider shares hit the street I believe there will be another buying opportunity. I unloaded my margined shares at 21+, now hoping to buy them back at near 18. We'll see.

I'm definitely in for some more if the price drops to 18. I agree with whoever said that (sorry I can't remember who) "there's nothing like this available in the states."
