Mike, They clearly don't have a clue. First of all, they are not going to manufacture (FAB) the Silicon in that plant, or any of the planned Costa Rica facilities. It's an assembly and test facility which will complement the one in Penang and the older one in the Philippines. (A wild guess is that the Phil. test facility may be on its way out.) Major FAB sites remain New Mexico, Ireland and Israel, with additional capacity in California, Arizona and Oregon, and more planned for several of those sites. mg
