Teddy, thanks for the reminder about "short interest" day. The old fashioned print version, though, shows March 13 as the reporting date as opposed to March 19. The only reason I mention that is March 18 could have been a short squeeze, so the number may be reduced. Of course, the few days before that could have increased the short positions.

Tidewater, Diamond and Parker look particularly interesting on the short int./ave. daily volume ratio. I'm curious as to whether there are "extenuating circumstances" for those positions, such as hedging on convertibles. I'll check the 10K's when I get the chance.
