If you're a long term investor you might want to stay with Intel, it's already corrected about 25% from its $100 high, or you may want to avoid selling Intel to avoid cap gains. I think it will come back.

If you're short term, I think Dell's a better bet. These lower prices promote or attract more PC buyers.

I would at least wait until I saw what the latest announcement that Intel made does to their stock price. I think that their announcement will clear their inventory, and promote the new stuff! This could be very helpful for the INTC stock!
