J-- OK, understand..you were just making a general comment...I thought you might have heard something that would have given some warning about an Asian impact for DPMI...everything I've seen so far indicates minimal impact...actually for photmask companies in general, as for example: Also, while presenting at the SEMInvest'98 Conference recently in New York and London, the Infrastructure staff were able to analyze several companies and industry issues. Ron Leckie, Infrastructure's CEO, commented, ''Although the industry is
currently experiencing some turmoil as the Asian financial crisis plays out, there are still some sectors of semiconductor
manufacturing that continue to do well.'' He added that, ''These include suppliers of photomasks, tools for feature size reduction
and certain back-end suppliers who are driven by IC unit growth.''

Answer: Yes, I do expect to see a PE above 30 for DPMI again... I'm expecting their growth rate to pick us somewhat as chip volumes and complexity increase, and as the industry continues to consolidate..
