B) the study, and the trial has problem, it is obvious the side-effect is crucial to the patients, the drug has room to improve, quantity of data, and time frame of the study is not sufficient enough to deserve giving it a panel review yet...since it is too obvious that the study is not completed... C) We accepted the filing as is, but we need more data, and information for drug, before schaduling a panel review date later this year...
