Davey boy,

What's all this mish mash about fund positions. Are you sure this is ownership, or could it also include short positions by funds as well. If it doesn't, you would need to factor in the funds holding short positions. I know of one very successful fund managed by you idol, Mr. Pink, who has posted here that he is holding a substantial short position. Since the fundamentals and management stink, I'll bet there are enough funds out there short big time ready to make a big profit when the stock seeks its natural level. Remember, even your Mr. Chew admitted to being AC/DC on Actrade.

Your Humble Public Servant
Don

Don't forget---what IBD refers to as institutional sponsership it quantifies in its accumulation/distribution rankings, which rank the "money flow" or "on-balance volume" for a stock with a grade of A-F. Since money flow measures whether big blocks have been trading at plus or minus ticks, it is thought to be a proxy for institutional sponership and sentiment. It is not the same as an actual % of shares held by institutions.

Dave,

I just had a brain hemorhage over a real nasty post I could have made about you on another thread. What's more, I perceive this image to be real. However, I am a compassionate man and decided it was beyond the realm of decency and, therefore, I am not going to post it. I believe that you would have made the post, had you thought of it.

Exercising prudence in creativity,
Don

Dave,

I know we have differing opinions on Actrade, but this is a serious question. Please take it as such.

In all of the almost 4,000 posts here I have not really seen a breakdown of the Actrade customer base and what the revenues actually mean to the business. If this could be defined, it would provide a useful baseline to value the stock. Individual Investor does have a forward looking projection of $40 a share, but no real supporting information for that estimate. This is really one of the two things that is lacking in my mind that prevents me from investing in this stock.

What I would like to see is a quantification of the customer base. Specifically, how many TAD customers does Actrade really have? Who are the top five TAD customers in the Actrade fold, how many TADS did they buy, and what was the total value of those TADS. The data should be provided on a quarterly basis. Information on the last quarter would be sufficient. I could be bump it against the earnings report due out soon. This information could confirm the validity of the auditors and also go a long way toward changing my opinion on the integrity of management, which is my other major concern.

I am asking you because you have done the research here and have laid it on the line that Actrade is getting a raw deal here. If you can provide this information and if the fundamentals justify the higher valuation, I will buy the stock. I swear to God, Dave, I will buy the stock. I don't even need to see the $40 II projection justified. $25 will do just fine. Honestly, I am here to make a buck, just like most of us. If Actrade really values at $25 in 12-18 months, I will most certainly buy it and post a public apology on this thread.

Make me a believer Dave, I have seen enough irreverent posting here. This is your chance to put an end to all of this nonsense.

Sincerely,

Don
