Everybody received 1 stock application. Not one application per account. You were supposed to write down every account that you had active on that date (3/31/96). I wrote down all my accounts and I got stock for them. I know people who had 1 account then, have closed it out since and have had no contact with the bank in the past year. They still got forms and stock allocations.
