GRNO would have been in no better a situation had they not answered or challenged the SEC trading halt publicly. However, they did. And in addition, they decided not to cancel their shareholders meetings which occurred in the midst of the trading halt. (Can you imagine the stress the CEO was under and he holds a shareholders meeting?? That took guts.)

And the situation is a little different. GRNO is guilty of calling certain press releases as "material" (Letters of Intent.. etc), among other issues. They also had their legal counsel who also was a director of the company resign apparently due to his negligence and malfeasance.

And you're right, people could try to sue me... but I also was very public in the use of my disclamatory paragraphs which constantly URGED people to do their own diligence, to include company visitations.

That's why I also mentioned that Riley would likely be alright if he has not traded any of his RMIL stock for a profit, or received any from the company. (I doubt he has) Because it is not illegal to be wrong, nor can any of us be responsible for the actions/inactions of others in our lives.

And I don't mind folks poking fun. GRNO was a sobering experience for this good 'ol boy relative to his participation on Silicon Investor. The last thing I want to do is give the Feds more reasons to destroy or hamper my investment.

Regards,

Ron
