John, I agree and do not presume anything. I've never seen or heard the details of these most recent content-provider deals (which conceivably could have provisions dealing with wave-metered revenue splits if and when that becomes a reality), nor do I know anything about the parameters of discussions with OEMs. Remember, some on this thread have mentioned that the WallStreetForum (was that the name?) presentation included comments about commitments by IBM to ship minimum quantities of WAVX chips in PCs. If true, it is therefore possible, indeed likely, that terms now exist as to the OEM-WAVX division of revenue.

That's why I'm wondering if Wahoograd is extrapolating from, say, Great Stuff arrangements, has spoken with the company (perhaps at a conference), has seen contracts, has seen company presentations or articles I have not seen, or has approached the company as a content-provider exploring WAVX's intentions/arrangements in this area.

Thanks for your reply. Today's a big day. Will we hold and go forward, or will we fold?
