To all: Here is another article. bloomberg.com Seems that the two companies met in late spring of 1997 to discuss a potential investment in Lynx. They also had the pleasure of meeting again at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. I bet that management walked away pretty perturbed since they both had basically the same features. On the subject of programming, Andrx programmers must be great to be able to get a product out that quick. Even though this lawsuit will take a while to settle, we now know the potential revenue that they are expecting. This article would infer a profit of about 26.5 million a year. Divide by 2 still gives income of about 13 million a year. Does anybody know the amount of outstanding shares. I am thinking around 20 million. This gives us a 5 million market cap.
