Michael, I have no idea how long it takes to become a reporting company. I do know that one of my first conversations with CSHK (Tony) back in Oct/Nov centered around the need to be fully SEC compliant and reporting. Any company that gets bumped off of the BB down to the pink sheets would have a very tough time getting established. You can be sure they will do everything by the book and as timely as can be managed. It is very much in their best interest to do so. JOE
