Fair enough, but what about your statements regarding, "institutional sponsorship". It would then follow that sponsorship could include something more than ownership. Taken literally, this would suggest an active management role in operation of the business. Perhaps in this case it is as you say, financial interest in the company. This then does include both long and short positions.

Now let's presume that you are only looking at the long positions here. If this is the case, then you are leaving a very important and significant factor out of your analysis of Actrade from an institutional investment point of view. I haven't checked lately, but the short position on this stock was very high a couple of weeks ago. I have seen no evidence presented that changes this situation. Those numbers are not supported by the small investor, which means there is a substantial institutional short interest in this stock.
