I'm glad someone else has the rudeness to suggest that people who make "inquiries" have some obligation to undertake their own DD (due diligence) before asking us to spoonfeed the answers.

Tralornik: Come off thread and talk to one of us via e-mail. "DD" PS: ALL- if you haven't talked to Tom Childs yet, this weekend would be a good time to get his number and do it. The SEC rules apply to all, they're not just to provide cover and protection for Boards or managers. There is strength in numbers so get moving. Hijacking our investment dollars is one way to put it- but think in terms of your retirement, helping your family, or maybe like me, paying for your kid to go to college. We have to struggle hard now to make these goals come to pass. The other side planned their move behind SEC cover for weeks/months. The SEC needs to give us our time!
