If you have not " got in " by now you had better do it now . AS a 20 year Kiewit hand that has earned every penny by sweat and guts , don't miss this chance.

With the market as aggressive as it is at this point in time , this a definite opportunity that is hard to find.

Yes. Your PKS Class D stock becomes the common stock of Level 3 Communications, Inc. as of the close of business March 31, 1998. There is no exchange involved.
