Another perception problem in my opinion. SUN is a hardware company as far as I know. Java is a concept that will help their computing model be enormously successful. Centralized computing is the inevitable future and who ever is selling the BIG severs will make the BIG bucks. The battle for Java is not the real issue but since it is perceived that way HP's announcement is sending the stock lower. Coupled with Asian trouble and a possible missed earnings some of us might get the low 30s buying opportunity we are waiting for. chapter11
