TNRG - Zvi - this issue was brought up and answered by myself and Alan on the TNRG thread. This was old news before Tilton came to the company. In fact when questioned about this he stated that he didn't even know about it (it was insignificant).... see below....

Everyone - RELAX!

Tilton's expertise is as a turnaround specialist and he is doing this with Tianrong (he just
retired 2.5 M shares!). The company was in bad need of cleaning up and that's when
Tilton came on board (I think that he came to Tianrong after the SEC matter TWO
years ago). Hell, Chrysler was in violation of their bank covenents and they required
the government to bail them out. That's when some of the best opportunities present
themselves. Many major (and very profitable) companies have had some infractions in
their past. If they clean them up with a new person at the helm, then so what? That's
what he's there for. The infractions weren't against Tilton. They occured BEFORE he
was there.

Tilton knows that this company now has too much going for it to mess up with the SEC
and they are now in the process of doing what is necessary to be a fully reporting
company.

What are Tilton's credentials? From 1986-1991 Tilton was president of H&J
consultants, a firm specializing in business consulting. Since 1991 he has been president
of Eagle Market Research, a project development company with diverse investments.
It sounds like he knows what he's doing.....the news speaks for itself.............

Bottom line - if the MM's are short stock there are now 2.5 million fewer shares in the
market for them to cover thanks - to James Tilton. We need more CEO's like Tilton
who cancel stock and sqeeze the shorts (I wish my other stocks would do this)......

Richard

Oh Zvi, don't you wish you had taken the advise to buy. There will be others.
