We aren't looking so hot are we? I'll admit to selling at some of the intermediate lows because my portfolio percentage in Osicom was WAY too high for me to sleep at night. I agree with you that 3 3/4 looks to be our last hope. Otherwise, we may see 2 1/16 again without any news, eh?

If volume dries up on the way down to 3 3/4, I may set a limit order.

I'm not sure why you guys are so worked up over Barb's trading record.

Shouldn't you care much more about the massive ongoing share dilution and shortage of cash?

I'm no accounting guru, but common sense indicates that a company selling sophisticated networking products needs more than $2mm in unrestricted cash on hand.

They obviously can't float a debt issue, so the only answer is another massive dilution of shareholder's equity.
