I may be incorrect but I believe that Case sold 50% of his holdings. Many of the insiders sold their entire position or a large majority of it.

500,000 shares at almost $130 per, that's $65 million... As of yesterday's close, it would have worth $2 million less. He made a smart move selling.

How many shares does he own now? Anyone knows for sure?

Actually, I believe this one represented over 10% of his holdings, as it did with many of the other insiders selling. Not to worry, they are giving themselves more options as we speak.
