About 1 1/2 or 2 weeks ago someone posted the URL for the EDGAR information, I think related to the REG D filing. The poster suggested that we take a close look at the "Risk Factors", Now I know that the company is required to include every negative thing that is happening or could possibly happen but reading this information caused me to re-evaluate all of my reasons for owning so much of the stock (12,000 shrs at the time). To make a long story short, I sold all of my ANCR on 3/11 at 7 7/8 and 7 15/16. My average cost at the time was about 7 1/2 so, in no way, did I attain my investment goal. I have been in and out of ANCR for a long time and never short. I'm still following the stock and may get back in again but I would advise any body that hasn't checked out the EDGAR information to do so. Bill
