Paul, acutally I don't expect to make the annual meeting. I'm sure Toronto is very nice in late April but I live a loong ways away (Tucson, Arizona, USA) and don't know if it would be worth the trip, especially if HUMCF doesn't start moving a little higher. On the other hand, if we have another spectacular rally during earnings week I may have to come and pay homage to Fred Sorkin, et al. for making me so much money. BTW, I did include Anydne dilution in my estimate, I estimate it to be -.04 which makes my total guess before the charge .63. Bill.
