I'll tell you the honest true, there really is no way. These Brooklyn banks (ICBC RCBK, SIB, DIME, GPT as well) are going to under go a massive consolidation in the years to come. There is no telling a value once a stock becomes a takeover candidate. A side question, do you think AOL, YHOO, AMZN are fully valued yet? They ain't earning a dime and the stock is flying, splitting, doing all sorts of crazy things. Drug stocks are another example..good luck..
