I really don't know what the decision criteria were for a Boeing
equipment purchase decision. If you do perhaps you could share them.

Again, I don't have any information on if CPQ or IBM have onsite
personnel or how these companies provide customer support specific to
BOEING.

I typed 5 and should have been 6, sorry. I don't appreciate the tone
of this conversation. I started this thread to have a rational and
adult conversation of all sides of the issue. This dialogue seems to be degenerating into personal attacks and thus I think we should discontinue.

IBM about 30 full time and a bunch more from the local office who have primary support for Boeing. CPQ 3 full time and 3 managing logistical support. Boeing is a huge company and all of the major players pay a lot of attention to it.
