Today is the MM' day which will make it a day trader today. And when that happens they will run the stock up between now and 11:30am p.s.t. But then they will be selling before the close sending the stock back down from what gain it made for the day. These guys don't want to hold it over the weekend.
If you are day trading you might want to sell by noon, if you are long like me then just sit back and don't worry. After we get through this month this stock will be o its way up.

just my opinion and i could be way off on this one but it is the way i will be playing it today.

Question: When I give a sell order(market order) for 5800 Ascend shares will this most likely be executed as a size 5800 or split up into 2 or 3 different trades?
