According to the director of the FBI many of the INS offices ALREADY have their new scanners - the only way they could have gotten these were from the Identix GSA schedule - this should show up in the first quarters numbers.

I called the INS yesterday and requested a copy of the solicitation (thru my company)- from that we should be able to get an idea of how many additional scanners they are looking for.
