and, if so, do you believe that it will all pan
out exactly the way they say it will?

please. there is no bill that has been passed by either
the House or the Senate. and, even if the Clinton
proposal is signed into law, it's extremely doubtful
that its constitutionality will be upheld by the courts.

it doesn't matter a whit if some of the states have
said they won't fight it--all it takes is one
Attorney General going to court to protect his state's
tax laws and the whole thing will be stuck in litigation
for years.
