Huh? Are you saying that what happened in their European office is unimportant? Do you think it's OK for a company to just not pay their obligations when they decide to close an office? How do you think this is going to make other web sites feel about doing business with NETZ?

If this business is legit, they should be paying any sites that were not paid, PRONTO, and then getting Wired to write a followup story.

They still have the opportunity to rescue this with a prompt payment and "it got lost between the cracks" statement.

I have a feeling - and this is just a feeling - that what this whole operation is about is going to be selling stock - NOT selling ads. When your purpose is to sell stock, product and customers are not of any importance.

Of course, the sale of stock hasn't started yet - but is clearly in the company's stated plans.

There is a very good reason why I posted about NETZ on the CRTM/UVEW thread. (I notice that somebody came across my post there and tried to draw some insideous conclusion from that.) Read and heed the CRTM/UVEW threads, about a company that was more interested in selling stock than selling product.

I wanted the people on that thread to have the opportunity to reinforce the excellent lesson that the market handed them by viewing what, in my opinion, is an early-stage instant-reply of what happened to them.

back to european office again .you will reach wont you

I assume you are inferring to the Telia deal I mentioned. If so why am I 'reaching'? Telia had (still have) contracts to regulate their business with SIM. SIM is still SIM and the contracts are valid. If Zulu decides to terminate an agreement they owe their customer to back out of the deal gracefully.

What am I missing here? There must be something since you keep coming back for more?
