Hi all,

Does anyone see the possibility that LASX/AXSI could be used to essentially take Who? Vision Systems (see whovision.com, xlvision.com, and safeguard.com

XL Vision will now own over 20% of the new AXSI, and they could use AXSI to "acquire" Who? and it's technology (monitor- and keyboard-mounted fingerprint readers) to round out their security line. The traditional possibility is that Safeguard/XL Vision spins out Who? as another Safeguard rights offering company.

I'm just trying to figure out how Lastertechnics, Who? Vision, XL Vision, and the SPOT/MAG agreement all fit together.

Anyone??

Thanks,

--John
