David,

Thanks for clarifying the Brooks related issue brought up be Stuart.

If possible, after you had an opportunity to speak with appropriate people at Brooks and Osicom, could you address this subject in little more detail so that we can all understand where things are with respect to GigaMux deployment with Brooks.

Regards,

Afaq Sarwar

David,

I've been getting a bit distraught over the Gigamux recently. As I see it, our 6 month lead is dwindling to at least under 3. The problem with this is the fact that the key to this market, the big customers, need to test the Gigamux for months before they start buying. We have these BIG guys testing it, but who's to say that right before they start buying Gigamux's, they decide to hold off and start testing Ciena's and Lucent's products at the same time in comparison.

Either way, the company's prospects are looking up, IMO. Selling even a few Gigamux's to banks and the like will add some significant numbers to FIBR's bottom line which will hopefully add to my bottom line. I would say that we have about a 5% chance of making the estimate of .09 that I saw given by Gladue. I wish he would lower the stinking estimates. If the market actually believe them in the first place, Osicom would be up to 20! IMO, they only hurt us...

The IQX is starting to sell, but I believe this product is heading for lower margins with the rest of Osicom's former award winning products. Hopefully, we can get some decent cash flow and profits for the next quarter or two before the margin tightening takes effect.

IMO, the main hope for Osicom relies on our competitors not being able to turn out their products. If Lucent and Ciena falter for a few more months due to the complex nature of the short-haul product, we may see some serious progress. This goes for the Net+Arm also. If no company can come up with this type of product in the next 6 months or so, Osicom may generate some serious revenues.

My question to you David is what do you see happening in the short-term to support FIBR's price?
