The fax appears to have come directly from Xybernaut Corp. I do not subscribe to "The Aggressive Seasoned Investor" and there is no explanation included with this fax of why the author, Thomas Hanlon, has included XYBR on his list of "1998 Favorite 16 under 16".

Investor Relations at XYBR may have more information about this. Have you requested an investor's packet from them?
