Not quite 9:30am and already 185,000 shares traded...plus we've broken thru 2.09. A lot of the day is still left but off to a good start.

What do we know about the timeframe of the S-3 thats to be filed? I'm just thinking like a specialist but wouldn't it make sense if you have 18,000,000 new shares hanging over the market to file close to the announcement to make my job unloading those shares much easier.

Any info would be appreciated. Gracias

Level II is an on line service, where you can see which MMs are doing what ,, I traded for many years with out it ,,thinking 250 bucks a month was too expensive,, well if I only knew and can see what I see now ,, then ,,,
