Jeffrey, some time back there was a reference to something about the size of .08u, but it never quite satisfied me.. Here, from another thread, is more on the physics of that minute region, which may or may not be of interest (it impressed me anyway):

jeffery, Duane, << will be away for awhile >>

jeffery, don't know who makes MOT masks. As for best investment
of ETEC, DPMI, or CYMI, I wouldn't dare recommend. I like PLAB,
think DPMI is probably equal, and ETEC probably more volatile.
Please don't ask why, just from own research, gut feeling and voodoo!
CYMI will be at the top of my list from all the above. As Duane said:
" DUV is going to be around awhile" So say Kevin Ritchie of TXN.
He's over almost all TI fabs. All leading edge fabs for sure. Fab
managers report to him. Looks like 2 good points on the curve for
CYMI. Oh yes, same input from a TI fellow, who prefers I don't
quote him by name.

Duane, very perceptive, I can be cynical at times. :-)

Later -- planning on entering the home construction business. Plenty
of work ahead there. I bore easily. Going to make some long term
plays, and do very little day trading. I'll probably go with giants
like IBM, INTC or TXN, MSFT or ORCL, a bank, and some black gold. I've
some time to consider as I'm currently 100% cash while I move
accounts. Keeps me on the sidelines for a couple weeks. Luck to all!
