TII is not the company that ADGI is linking up with. TOC is the company that ADGI is acquiring an interest in. TOC is licensing the product from TII, and has an exclusive right to market it overseas. AETG once made an attempt to acquire TOC, but did not follow through, no doubt because AETG couldn't come up with the bucks. The link to TII, while interesting, does not really relate directly to our situation, other than to show there is some substance behind this deal somewhere. John M.
