The Yahoo who posted the parity was referencing two SIers. Since I mentioned it I figured I better go get the the post:

30 calls, 35 puts
PCS_CEO Mar 19 1998 3:28PM EST

My thanks to Jeff Jordan and FUZFO on the SI thread for explaining the put/call options issue and providing the link to an ASND options page:

webbindustries.com

According to this page, there is an open interest of 8953 Mar30 calls and 7838 Mar35 puts. Both of these are in the money now, and uilibrium would be 32 1/3 (the point at which the total payoff of all 8953 calls equals the total payoff of the 7838 puts). This would represent the lowest possible payoff for the combination of the two. This would lead me to believe that tomorrow's close would be between 32 1/4 and 32 3/8.

Options are not my strong point, so if somebody could check my logic, I would appreciate it.

Stolen form Yahoo, Dennis

Jan, re: Tom Dorsey, he knows the guy called P&F Madness, and P&F recently had a Q&A session with Tom in which several of us were allowed to submit questions. A thread was created for this, and here is the link (start at the first post)
