I don't know if IOM was ever a penny stock or not, I've never followed it.

RMIL - I'm not familiar with this stock at all.

PRST - I followed briefly last year because it was constantly touted by a newsletter I was getting on a trial basis (I'm sure you know which one ;-). Again, not sure if it was ever considered a penny stock.

One suggestion to aid in this research - Get old 10K's and 10Q's from EDGAR and find out when stock splits took place, and what the ratio of the split was (i.e. - 2:1, 3:2, 3:1, etc). Or just call the company and ask them about previous splits. Then you can look at a long-term historical chart and calculate what the share price was at a particular point in time.
