great idea , if someone undertakes the task i would be happy to participate. their has not been much to have been learned on fibr in recent weeks. i am awaiting what should be very interesting data regarding institutions and purchases that may have been made in the jan and time frame. this is ordinarrially difficult to nail down as they have a 3-month window to report and you subsequently could read a report showing a new long who could already be gone or just the opposite. i have a watch service on this subject and will post all positions and changes as well as the report date as soon as the info comes inl

Agreed, the back and forth between Barb and bill is quite useless. It appears from my loose examination that the topic is being perpuated by Bill, so Bill please stop. I could care less about Barb's position or her opinion any further than it's one persons opinion and I take the opportunity to step into their shoes to see if it fits with my view, if not I have to establish in my own mind the strenght of my opinion. All messages posted on here should be viewed by the reader with the proper amount of caution. Knowingly false statements and pure lies are covered by existing laws on slander and liable. These message baords are publications. It is up to Osicom to act upon them in a legal manner if they see fit. It is up to us as readers to determine through our own analysis if any statement is a lie.

Certain speculation will occur that is serving of the poster. It is my opinion that the character of the individuals should be that speculation should be tagged as such. The frustration on both the long and short side is when the speculation is represented as fact. This is pure politicing and will always occur. We just have to weed through it.

It's a big scary world people. Get a grip and quit crying.
