Suess,

I once followed a stock that went up to $8, then down to $2 and finally went back up to over $10. I valued the Company at $4 to $5 publicly traded and at $9 in a control transaction. Was I wrong when the stock dropped to $2? This happened over a five year period. The market doesn't always get it right, especially not in a three or six month period. I have said time and again that one should wait for at least another year before one makes a judgement on this stock. With growth companies and start-ups sometimes it takes three to five years to see whether or not they will come to fruition. Focusing on the latest earnings report and some negative news is not good fundamental investing.
