DELL *will* have an advantage.
It's exactly the kind of thing that Grove would do.
INTC loves DELL (and why shouldn't they?!?!?!).

Here is a better question,

INTC's top of the line chip is now only $500. will the $200 price drop that DELL will pass on immediatly have an impact on their precious ASPs ?

I think this latest Price cut may be very difficult for DELL to over come. Yes they may sell more machines, but mragins are dictated by APSs.
