The hope is in a buyout. Based on my post #1574, the fair value of CVUS is $4.47 per share. Given that Shant and his cronies own 70 percent of CVUS at a cost of pennies per-share, I think they will be happy to take the money and run away with a significant profit. Obviously, if they tried to sell 70 percent of the company in the open market, they would get far less than $4.47 per share given the illiquidity of the stock. Shant may be the worst CEO in the country, but he is not blind. He knows that he has no business acumen running a company and knows that he will run CVUS into the ground if he remains CEO. Better for him to sell out now to WNP.
