Do you think that DELL can afford to keep the Service infrastructure
at a moderate level if the perception of quality in PCs is moving
toward the company with the best customer service? Box prices seem
to be converging among all suppliers.

The INTC price cuts really do add insult to injury for the
manufacturers with product in the pipeline. That product just got
depreciated by about 10 percent. Ouch.

This pricing is getting a little cutthroat.
