However, they can withdraw approval.>> My understanding would be if there were significant evidence that the product was not being used according to it's approved use...for example , widespread use as a replacement for mammograms instead of as an adjunctive device. Agree ? That just has no bearing in my time horizon for the next 2-3 quarters and I'm not going to save the world here on SI by declaring Breast Alert an ultimate success or failure. I'll eventually take a long term position here but for the time being , enjoying the trading and discussion. Short above $10 , buy below $7....up a buck ! I'm impressed HMSC has stayed in the 8's this long. Would someone please loan Joe a share of this stock !!! <g> Rob
