Ruby, previous posts stated a 10,000 ton bulk sampling at around 500 tons per day. Having found 11 carats in one day without even processing all the pans, is a good start. It's too bad they did not indicate how much they have processed, because then we would have a better idea using a little math (17 carats per 100 tonnes is economical according to one of their news releases). The overall average should be good as it is too early to tell. This pit is not even the best part as I think it is only 40m deep (of 340m possibility). I like the fact that we were updated through a news release instead of rumour. This surprised me as I don't think this is common. Sounds like they know they have something, and aren't afraid to say it. Stock up 11 cents yesterday to close at 81 (Range 70-84 volume 159,000). After being low or no volume for more than a week before this, it is getting exciting.
