Thanks for your response. I believe your right on target with regard to a split being announced in the not to distant future. Hopefully this one will be a 2 for 1, instead of a 3 for 2. I have a funny feeling CHRZ will beat estimates, by a healthy margin. Although I can't be sure if they will impact Q1. I believe CHRZ has engaged with certain fortune 500 Co's that insist on confidentiality (ie. no press release's) in order to minimize their perceived exposure (publicly) to a Y2K crash. Hopefully, the bottom line will be reflective of this.

I can't understand why CHRZ's p/e is not in the 65-70% range, could this be a falling off of confidence, as I understand it, Y2K fix goes well into 2003.

Any ideas? The only thing I can see hurting profits is increased labor, but Cassese seems to have that under control.
