You are really clueless!

That suit was brought on due to an iCOMP index rating that Intel made through the use of a faulty compiler. Intel caught the problem themselves and made the correction. and made a public announcement correcting the erroneous data.

It had nothing to do with the speed of the CPUs - just the performance rating based on the faulty iCOMP testing data.

That may be a difficult concept for you to grasp so maybe you can get some help from a co-worker to help explain these sorts of technical details to you.
