Kennie - Re: "Intel did the other way, it got caught selling slower CPU as faster one in the past." You are really clueless! That suit was brought on due to an iCOMP index rating that Intel made through the use of a faulty compiler. Intel caught the problem themselves and made the correction. and made a public announcement correcting the erroneous data. It had nothing to do with the speed of the CPUs - just the performance rating based on the faulty iCOMP testing data. That may be a difficult concept for you to grasp so maybe you can get some help from a co-worker to help explain these sorts of technical details to you. Paul
