Following Kevin's example

Incidentally it is possible to go to a number of sites, such as Ziff Davis, and do a search for "schmidt" or "Novell" within date limits for all their publications and get a list of current articles.

Salah used to do this quite regularly. Kevin did an excellent job, although in my browser his URLs didn't work! I thank him for his efforts because it provides us with information rather than the usual SI thread crap.

Unfortunately it is a task for the longs here to do. Since people that are not invested in the stock cannot be expected to follow it that rigorously. Hope that inspires some of the longs and some of those that believe the stock is going to go up to go out there and bring back the pros and the cons so we can have informed opinions.

Quad, I'm throwing in the towel on my low nines in two weeks bet. Add another $400 to my Novell loss pile...oh well, that's what I get for going short, something I have only done with Novell. I have no prediction from here, other than probably a bounce with brainshare, and a pullback as news on the lawsuits picks up. Hard to say what will happen at the shareholders meeting, have no feel for whether or not Noorda has the contacts to pull off his board breakup...stock will probably go down if he can't now that the world is becoming aware that the problem with Novell is and has been the BOD. If I remember correctly, an absentee vote is a "keep em" vote.

Earnings will be interesting, seems they have a real problem this quarter and maybe next quarter depending on the 5.0 release. Will they take a charge for remaining out of date Netware products in the channel?
