Oliver, My order for 4,000 at .4375 executed. Did yours? I've got one more buy left, maybe on Monday. Will see what happens at the open. FYI, my first buy was back in November at 7/8. The day before this started to free fall down to under a quarter. The more I buy the lower it goes. I really don't want to hurt this stock any more than I have so I'm a little hesitant to buy.

We all know that news organizations decide which news is worthy to wire, and ofcourse if they want to wire it at all. I found it very interesting yesterday. Reuters picked this up almost immediately, as usual PRN etc...

At 1:57p, DOW issued news to all terminals( The majority of brokerage houses use DOW). Not only am I impressed with the wire coverage, but its obvious they all considered this worthy news!

I find several impressive values with this small company. The CEO has never sold any of his majority common float ( without his shares the float is very small). In the same value, he has aquired more common float outside of his ownership. We all know this means something.

I see it as smart to inform the public as we will all read it in a week or two after the fact. Their coming out and saying so is bold and deals from strength.

It has been a long time since I have seen a small company CEO buy on the open market, and get news coverage. This company is obviously your 1 / 10 successful BB stocks. No shell, No crap, very little dilution, small float; and no selling by the CEO.

It appears they have some big contracts in the works. They are an outside provider and I see them being aquired before they get too large. Their financial stability is a root of the CEOs financial stability.

He has never lived off his ownership and has never issued a statement like yesterdays. All Owners and Investors want better stock value, especially if you have the need to grow.

I must assume that his growth and financing could be related to stock value( this is normal), and after investigating I have determined that I am very willing to support this need.

In the BBs, its one thing to gamble and another to invest. You should only invest in the 1 / 10 scenario; and ofcourse one can feel free to gamble with the 9 others.

Quality can always be seperated from the bad, and as we saw in the wire services yesterday, we have alot of good here. Have not seen any offshore reg s and the filings are odorless and solid like a rock!!

This seems to be a very good and opportune investment.

Best wishes to all here and the next year may be very exciting for all investors
