Mr. Fulvio Castelli, I noticed that you did not dispute my computations. Your argument seems to rest on the assumption that the
price of gold will be at a high enough level (say $375) by the time
the mine is built so as to make it profitable. Well, I wish I had
a dollar for all the gold "experts" (including mining companies)
who a year ago predicted that the price of gold today would be $375+.
Are you one of them?
If you want to speculate on gold going back to $375, there are many
other stocks that offer less risk and more reward than KRY does now.
Who is going to lend Placer the money it needs to build a $650 million
mine on the hope that the price of gold will be $375 when the mine is built? Who will lend KRY $250 million to build a smaller mine and mill on the same assumptions? If the winner of LC can't borrow the money then it will have to issue new stock. LOL!
