I saw a couple of new Apple billboards today on Santa Monica Blvd. One is of the Dalai Lama and the other is of Ted Turner and they say think different and have the Apple logo. The photos are black & white. A good complement to the tv ads, and they are placed on a very busy street.

Do you mean that you think economics is useless for analyzing the stockmarket?

I would think it is mixed - economic theory provides some sort of benchmark. The trouble with the economists is they get rather carried away with believing in stock-market efficiency and dismissing any evidence that there are abnormal profits to be made due to stockmarket inefficiencies.
