Glenn--thanks for the conformation.
You did the right thing to call DGIV and ask about the product detail.
I verified this quite a long time ago. I am a Telecom and Network guy, I also working in fortune 500 company
as a marketing person. So far only DGIV and one other to make
PSTN/Gateway on Unix paltform(DGIV has NT platform as well). DGIV is very flexible/unique both in technology and marketing vision.

BG, Now thats is what we need some Facts! Or is that Fax?<GGGG>

G.729 is not the Fax standard, however it is voice compression standard and the next gen of it is G.729A.

These sites should help those not familiar with H.323 or the other industry standards:

webproforum.com
webproforum.com

imtc.org
imtc.org

Here's a little something on it from the NMSS Web Site:
nmss.com

Support of H.323 means that the Multi media apps will run over DGIV equipment and it has won the support of the big players in the industry.

Go DGIV!

Elk

BG, thanks for the info...DGIV will surely be a winner with or without the IBD...Their story on the IBD next week, however, will give DGIV more exposure to Wall Street about their break-through technology and potential growth...IMHO, this is a win-win situation...It will be fun to watch DGIV next week...
