Sorry I couldn't get back to you earlier, I was getting some lunch. I just called my friend at Prudential, and he did verify Goldman Sachs was the seller. However, he does not know who the buyer was of the trade. He also mentioned Fidelity has been selling the last several weeks, with quite a bit of shorts covering.
